What would you say to a husband who says that based on Proverbs 31:11, he should not have to bring any money into the marriage and his wife should be the only breadwinner and should pay their whole cost of living?

Show him the door and tell him not to slam it on his way out. LOL.
Seriously, show him Prov. 6:6. Also, II Thessalonians 3: 10 thru 13.

I don't think he deserves to be shown anything in the bible. Any man who thinks he can justify not loving his wife enough to support her won't change his mind if you show him scriptures. He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. He wants honey but is afraid of bees. He wants his woman to tangle with the beehive. And to make it even worse, he wants Jesus to agree with him.

I agree with your first comment; show him the exit...

Apparently he's not familiar with the Bible or God. II Thessalonians 3:10 is good. There are many verses that challenge his viewpoint. I guess he doesn't get to eat until he goes to work........or, just show him the door. LOL
