Revelation 20:9-15

The Defeat of Satan

⁹ And _h they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded _i the camp of the saints and _j the beloved city, but _k fire came down from heaven ₁ and consumed them, ¹⁰ and the devil _l who had deceived them was _m thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where _n the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Judgment Before the Great White Throne

¹¹ Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence _o earth and sky fled away, and _p no place was found for them. ¹² And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and _q books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is _r the book of life. And _s the dead were judged by what was written in the books, _t according to what they had done. ¹³ And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, _u Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, _t according to what they had done. ¹⁴ Then _u Death and Hades _v were thrown into the lake of fire. This is _w the second death, the lake of fire. ¹⁵ And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, _x he was thrown into the lake of fire.
