Who will the saved rule over?
The apostle Paul tells us we will judge the world and angels (1 Corinthians 6:2-3). Who are these people we are judging? Are they people who never heard the gospel, or who?
Revelation 20:12
NKJV - 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.

Who will the saved rule over? My opinion is that the question refer to the Millennial Kingdom where the saved will reign and rule with Christ for 1000 years. (Rev 20:4). They will rule over the believers that came through the tribulation and their descendants who will populate the earth during the Millennial Kingdom. The remnant of the Jewish people will also be ruled over by the saints.
