Ezekiel 39:1-6

Prophecy Against Gog

¹ "And you, _q son of man, _r prophesy against _s Gog and say, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, _t I am against you, O Gog, _u chief prince of _v Meshech ₁ and _v Tubal. ² _w And I will turn you about and drive you forward, and bring you up from _x the uttermost parts of the north, and lead you against the _y mountains of Israel. ³ Then _z I will strike your bow from your left hand, and _z will make your arrows drop out of your right hand. ⁴ _a You shall fall on _y the mountains of Israel, you and all your _b hordes and the peoples who are with you. _c I will give you to birds of prey of every sort and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. ⁵ You shall fall in the open field, for _d I have spoken, declares the Lord God. ⁶ _e I will send fire on _f Magog and on those _g who dwell securely in _h the coastlands, and _i they shall know that I am the Lord.
