My husband has told me loves his mother more than me, am I wrong that he isn't keeping with scripture Ephesians 5:21-33?

I have tried to speak to my husband to explain that I should not be second to his mother. What should I do?

(Genesis 2:24) 24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. He is not following even the most basic scripture of marriage. I pray God opens his eyes to the scriptures of truth. Grace and Peace to you.
