In my opinion the short answer is NO, you would deceive yourself as there is no middle ground on which to build any sort of normal healthy spiritual foundation. Galatians 1:8

One is founded on God's truth in love while the other is founded on man's deception in fear, they oppose each other as light and darkness.Galatians 1:9

The watch tower society deception starts with Genesis 1:1 and goes down hill fast from there, one must be on their toes Biblically to catch the deceit with this cult.

The only healthy spiritual relationship a Christian should have with the society is to help as many of their captives escape the reach of kingdom hall as possible!

A Christian by his very nature is to preach repentance and surrender to the Lordship of Christ. This being said, if a Christian and a JW want to coexist together in any sort of relationship, one must compromise his beliefs and convictions--guess which one will? 

Two oxen cannot work together for a common good if one wants to go one way and other wants to go the other way. There will always be that eternal contention--unless there's compromise.

A JW is not saved. He is deceived, dead in his sins and is conditioned to believe a certain gospel--not the true Gospel. They talk about Jesus, but they do not consider Him the perfect son of God--God in the flesh. 

You cannot have a relationship with a JW without being deceived and turned away from the truth. Your obedience to Christ should be more important.

Here is my personal experience with them. 

When I was a young Christian I met a Jehovah Witness. All my life I was told to stay away from them but I didn't want to refuse anyone in my home. So I allowed them in curious about who they were and why everyone was so rude about what they teach. They began to help me study the Bible and I learned how to pray. Well after a few months of Bible study I came across something they taught I did not believe in. I was very convicted but scared for I had become really close with this Lady. She was my dearest friend. I finally got up the courage to tell her I didn't want to study with her any longer but I very much wanted to remain friends. She said okay and seemed very loving and kind. 

But she never came back. I cried and cried I was so hurt. I asked God why did this happen? A year later I welcomed another in my home which led to more coming to see me. This time I explained to them I like studying the bible with them but I did not want to be converted to their church. I told them God had called me where I was and what I am called to do they do not believe. I couldn't throw away all that God had shown me. Once again they left. One even said that what God had called me to do was satanic and that really hurt me.

So from what I have been through the answer would be no. I tried and tried my husband even works with some and they will not be close to you because you believe differently than they do. Me on the other hand I loved them brought them into my home feed them and shared the joy of my daughter with them. But that is all conditional to them. I wish them the best but like the above answer says. Not all are Christians who call themselves Christians. 

I don't act like my way is the only way to live for God. In truth there is only one way but that is God's way not mine not my churches way. All I can do is live for Him they way He says to and love everyone no matter what. If your not in sin and living a sinful life hey I would love to be there for you an we will grow in love! But unless you are living evil I will never turn someone away like they have and continue to do me.

2Cr 6:17	 "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,"

2Cr 6:18	"And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty."

In my opinion this question is confusing. There should normally be no biblical basis for such a question!

One may wonder why I take such a position! But consider the following: 

Are Jehovah's Witnesses not Christians? 

Are Christians not supposed to be Witnesses of Jesus?

Jesus, our exemplar, called himself the Faithful Witness (of Jehovah). In which case, one who is a witness of Jesus is definitely a Witness of Jehovah! This is because Christians are supposed to be footstep followers of Jesus! 

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (Acts 1:8 KJV)."And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; "(Revelation 3:14 KJV)

"For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps (1 Peter 2:21 KJV).

In view of the above, a true Christian or disciple of Jesus must necessarily be a witness of Jesus and therefore, a witness of Jehovah.!

In fact, if one is not a witness of Jesus, he cannot be a true Christian.!

Having said the above, the reason behind the question is well understood. 

Many people who call themselves Christians today are actually not footstep followers of Jesus. They do not really know who Jesus is, why he came to the earth, what his role in God's purpose is, and what He will do for them in the future. That is, they have not acquired accurate knowledge of Jesus and of God, see John 17:3; 2Thessalonians 1:6-8.

"Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Thessalonians 1:6 - 1:8 KJV)

A true Christian, who can also be properly referred to as a Christian Witness of Jehovah, will know and appreciate the above. 

We recall that God instructed his people of old not to enter into marital relationship with people of the nations. And God gave the reason why he gave this instruction.:

"Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. "(Deuteronomy 7:3 - 7:5 KJV).

Today, true Christians, footstep followers of Jesus who are also christian witnesses of Jehovah, are God's people. So, they are not to form marriage alliances with people of the nations, lest their minds be diverted away from Jesus and from God. They are to marry only in the Lord, according to 1 Corinthians 7:39. 

The way of life and the manner of worship of a true Christian necessarily differs from that of someone who may call himself a Christian but not a footstep follower of Jesus. Ab initio, both are not spiritually united, just like a faithful Israelite of old is spiritually different from one of the peoples of the nations. God said the latter will divert the mind of the former from him. And conflict and strive will definitely arise. 

So, a healthy spiritual relationship cannot exist between a Christian who is a footstep follower of Jesus (that is, a Christian witness of Jehovah), and someone who calls himself a Christian but is not a footstep follower of Jesus (that is, one who is not a Christian Witness of Jehovah).

In conclusion, not all Christians are Christians! A healthy spiritual relationship cannot exist between a true CHRISTAIN and one who is not.
