It is important to accept the Trinity in salvation because you cannot separate the plan of God the Father from the mission and fulfillment of the Son, and the giving of life by the Holy Spirit. The three were present in God"s act of salvation. Yes, we do need to repent of our sins and accept Jesus as Lord and personal Savior, but also need to acknowledge and believe the plan of God in SALVATION. Without the Trinity how could salvation be complete? Kindly understand that the Father through the Son and Holy Spirit, was restoring man or giving man a ZOE life, which was lost in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve disobeyed and sinned against God. We can never remove the Trinity from God's work.
