Husband and wife are meant to enjoy sex as long as you are joined together in holy matrimony, you can have sex at anytime not only when you are trying to have a baby.

The marriage bed is sacred to God and there is no requirement concerning sexual relations other than fidelity. 

As long as the two are committed to each other under God's authority, the only requirement of the marriage bed is to be only used between husband and wife. The marriage bed is undefiled. Hebrews 13:4.
