Biblical stewardship is to go into all the world and preach the gospel. That Christ died for our sins so we can go to heaven.

Whosoever believeth in Him will be saved. Acts 16:31 John 6:47. But the will of God is that we believe on Him as the only way of salvation apart from any works. Our works can not save sinners. Only Jesus finished work on the cross can save sinners which we all are.

The good news is, the GIFT of God is eternal life. Romans 6:23. The GIFT of God is eternal life. Not a reward for what we do or do not do. If we were saved by what we do then Jesus died for nothing. We can only be saved by what HE did by faith alone in Jesus alone apart from any works.

John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that ALL that seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life, and I will raise him up on the last day. John 6:29 Jesus answered, and said unto them, this is the work of God, that ye believe on the one He has sent.

Now that we know we have eternal life we can tell others the good news. First Corinthians 1:21 Those that believe it will be saved forever from hell. John 3:18.

We can not earn heaven. We can only earn rewards in heaven after we have received the free gift of eternal life by faith alone apart from works.

First Corinthians 3:11-21. Some will have no rewards in heaven. But they are saved by faith apart from works. The thief on the cross was saved by faith alone in Jesus alone apart from any works.
