What should a pastor do if a six- to ten-year-old child requests to be baptized? Should he refuse to honor the child's request?
Acts 2:38
KJV -
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

It Is my opinion that a pastor would be wrong to refuse a child to be baptized because only God knows what is in a person's heart and mind.
