What did God mean when he said he will create a new heaven and earth?
Revelation 21:1
ESV - 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.

When God says something it is evident that is the truth. What God says is so. Revelation states that God says He will create a new heaven and a new earth. That means exactly that. In my opinion the old heaven and earth have been tainted and must be replaced by the new. Just as a sinner must be born again and become a new creation.
