Who will the saved rule over?
The apostle Paul tells us we will judge the world and angels (1 Corinthians 6:2-3). Who are these people we are judging? Are they people who never heard the gospel, or who?
Revelation 20:12
NKJV - 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
