Luke 12:47-48

You Must Be Ready

⁴⁷ _t And that servant who _u knew his master's will but _v did not get ready _u or act according to his will, will receive a _w severe beating. ⁴⁸ _x But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, _y will receive a light beating. _z Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.
