I came to Jesus six months after the death of my father in 1987. Little did I realize my grief eventually lead to self pity, leading to self destruction by way of alcohol. Accepting Christ was more than a prayer, it was a heartfelt need to change and surrender to a Power that exceeds my wildest imagination. The road has not been easy, but Grace continues to flow my way and Jesus is always present. Faith is unseen and is the greatest unknown. No one has to do life solo.
