The love of Jesus in our hearts does things no one can understand. My wife of 56 years and I are almost inseparable. We are lovers and best of friends all rolled into one. Only the power of God in our lives is able to do this. Our children rise up and call her blessed.
I would rather lose my own life than to see her hurt in any way. She is the only person on earth that I truly love above all others. I try to love her the way God loves me but still fall short. She always supports me in whatever I do. How can I not love this woman so deeply? Our love has so grown over the years of trials and tribulations that it is hard to tell us apart from each other. We are one in Christ Jesus. All the gold in California cannot replace the love of a virtuous woman. She is a gift from God and I should treat her so.
