The bible says in Matthew 18:35 that if we don't forgive others the heavenly father won't forgive us. God is a man of his word. He is just and supreme in all things. He has planned things to be done decently and in order (1Cor 14:40).

God is very awesome! An example is he (God/Jesus) may have a blessing for a person in the near future, but because of someone's unforgiveness towards another he must withhold it from that person. But once you make the CHOICE to forgive someone, you release God to move freely in your life. Then the holy spirit will come in and comfort your clean heart. Jesus will come in and commune with you. Rev 3:20.

Unforgiveness is a spiritual disease and forgiveness is the spiritual healing to this disease. A few mores scriptures that may answer your question include Eph 4:32,Col 3:13,Luke 6:36.

Revealing Christ,
Brendan :)
