In Luke 14:26, the word “HATE” used is translated incorrectly., The word used in the Greek language Is #3404 defined in the Strongs concordance- (from the original writing in the Greek it is “Miseo” (MIS-EH’-O) -To Love Less.
I hope this settles your being perplexed. Remember to love less, puts Our LORD GOD first :) have a Blessed day.
