What does Bible say about embryonic selection due to genetic abnormalities?

That is, for embryos created through in vitro fertilization, is it appropriate or not to use Preimplantation genetic diagnosis as a screening test to determine whether or not an embryo has a genetic disease, so that only healthy embryos are chosen to implant?
