There are only three excuses that I know of that will exempt a person from accepting God here on this earth. One is the still born baby. The second is the child taken home before their age of accountability. The last is the mentally impaired, challenged, disabled, or handicapped person. I could point you to several versus that support the above but I think that every Christian would agree that we must not EVER under estimate the power of Gods Grace!

At the Judgement of the Great White Throne, there God will judge those who have rejected him. So in essence being sentenced to hell is an act of rejecting God.

There are two ways that every human being everywhere has been made aware of God: First is the glory and beauty of creation that cries out to us that there is a Creator... We look up instinctively and we know that we simply did not just appear by coincidence. 

Psalms 139:14 (KJV) I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 

Romans 1:20 (KJV) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 

Second, people know inherently that there is right and wrong and with knowing that there is a Lawgiver to whom everyone will ultimately answer to.

Romans 2:14-16 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another; In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. 
2 Cor 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 

The real question that needs to be answered here is this. If someone is reading this answer you have now heard of my Jesus and how he has purchased your salvation as a free gift for you. There is no strings attached and all you have to do is reach out and accept this free gift of Love.

If you read Rev 20:11-15, you will see that the dead are judged according to their works. If their names are not in the Book of Life, they are cast into the lake of fire.

You only get your name entered into the Book of Life when you believe in Jesus Christ and repent of your sins, recognizing Him as the only path to heaven (John 14:6).

How hard is it believe in either God or Christ when you are standing right in front of them? That takes no faith at all.

Unbelievers are basing their entrance into heaven on their own merit, their own good works. So that's how they will be judged. And every one of them will be found lacking because none of them has the righteousness of Christ imputed to them.

There is nothing in Revelation to support a viewpoint that there is an opportunity after death to be forgiven and live..

God is patient and is a God of second, third, infinite chances to choose Him in your lifetime. But once that life is over, you have no more chances. This is why we are constantly urged to be vigilant and not like the virgins who slept through the bridegroom coming for them. You never know how much time you are allotted on earth and your single biggest decision in life is whether to face spiritual life or death when you die.

We can look at your question from the opposite direction and ask: Does the Bible tell us anywhere that God offers forgiveness after the second resurrection (consists only of unbelievers)? You won't find any reference because it doesn't exist.

Just an FYI: The last book of the Bible is Revelation (singular)--The Revelation of Jesus Christ. :-)

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27)
As Cindy pointed out there is no such thing as a second chance after death. Once death occurs the die is cast.

Consider the account of Lazarus and the rich man of Luke 16 beginning at v.19 "There was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day. 20 And at his gate was laid a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, 21 who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table. Moreover, even the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's side. 

The rich man also died and was buried, 23 and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. 24 And he called out, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.' 25 But Abraham said, 'Child, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish. 

26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, in order that those who would pass from here to you may not be able, and none may cross from there to us.' 27 And he said, 'Then I beg you, father, to send him to my father's house - 28 for I have five brothers - so that he may warn them, lest they also come into this place of torment.' 29 But Abraham said, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.' 30 And he said, 'No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent.' 

31 He said to him, 'If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be convinced if someone should rise from the dead.'"

How true it is, The Lord Jesus came back from the dead yet people do not believe.

"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Hebrews 10:31)

"How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;" (Hebrews 2:3)
