No, the question that you ask is not a teaching of Mormonism. I was born and raised in the LDS (Mormon) religion and have lived in Utah all my life. I am now a Born again Christian. While the family unit is very important to Mormons it has never been taught that a woman must have children from a Mormon man to be accepted or be acceptable to God.

This question may be coming from some confusion with the Temple Sealing Ceremony (Celestial Marriage) which is a requirement for them to get into their highest form of heaven, the "Celestial Heaven". They justify this by taking Matthew 16:19 out of context. The binding and loosing talked about here has nothing to do with marriage. The context had nothing to do with marriage. It refers to being under the law or under the gospel. You are either bound by law or the gospel has "loosed" you from the law by the saving grace of Christ.

Further evidence that they were not talking about marriage is in Matthew 22:23 which says: “23 The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him, 24 Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother. 25 Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother: 26 Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh. 27 And last of all the woman died also. 28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? For they all had her. 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

But the Mormons are likely to tell you that that is a corrupt portion of the Bible.
