Those who have died a Christian and those who are still alive as a Christian will be Raptured. Those left behind will still have a chance to be saved, Jews and gentile alike, if they come to Christ during the Trib.

The Answer to this question can be clearly understood by studying the Parable of the "Tares and Wheat" And 1Corinthians 15. 

Mat 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 

This Scripture proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is only one resurrection of the righteous dead and that it comes at the end of the world. It is the same "last day" described as judgment day. So we can see this one resurrection of the righteous dead does not actually come as any kind of pre-tribulation rapture but as the end time judgment and rapture of the righteous together.

Joh_6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 

Joh_12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. 

So this term "the last day" and the term "the end of the world" would also have to be linked to resurrection of the righteous. we can see further evidence to this truth in.... 1Co 15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

 Here "them that slept" are the Christians that had died since Christ had risen. Then we find proof that the next resurrection takes place at Jesus' second coming which is also the end of the world and the end of the last enemy death.

1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 
1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 

Note here, "afterward they that are Christ's at his coming" ! After Jesus rose from the dead the next resurrection is not a pre-tribulation Rapture but a resurrection at the end of the world. "The last day"! There is no in between resurrection and then another when He comes.

When the Rapture happens, that is not Jesus second coming, as only the saved will see him at that time and his feet will not touch ground. We will be caught up in the air to go be with him, until the day He comes back with his saints (us) to defeat Satan's army, and his feet touch the Mt. of Olives.

Read Paul's first letter to the Thessalonians as it describes the Rapture."the removal of the light(the church) must take place before the day of the Lord. Then in 2 Thessalonians 2:6 Paul writes. "The church, the light of the world is what hinders the power of darkness" (Antichrist). So the church must be removed at the Rapture for Satan's Antichrist to reign for 7 years of the Tribulation.

I don't know how much clearer it has to be. The Rapture must take place before the tribulation, because the tribulation is the result of the church's removal. The tribulation cannot start until The Holy Spirit, who indwells all Christians, has been removed. 

Look at 1 Thessalonians 1:9b-10 "and wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come" Jesus will come as a thief in the night.
