...Logic alone screams a resounding YES! To believe in a universe without the GOD revealed through the CREATION is to automatically rely on the notion of Creation Without a Maker... Similar to an insane argument that my fully formed house had no builder--but came into being because of a high wind. Or perhaps, Stephen Hawking's assertion that creation happened because of gravity. These non-God assertions carry with it the logic of flying pigs. I will list only three factors that prove GOD is REAL. They point conclusively to the truth that creation could not have come about by happenstance! That is--the happenstance of a convoluted theory of evolution. Keep in mind the total number of elements that would be involved in 'Happenstance Creation' would number in the trillions. If even one item in that so-called ever evolving road to life went astray--the whole Evolutionary House of Cards would first crumple and then totally crumble. 1). The Law of Increasing Entropy--also known as the Second Law of Thermodynamics. The law states that everything degrades--becomes less complex, as the universe as we know it effectively "burns out." This law is easily observed. You can see it in your own body as it ages and gallops toward cessation. You can witness this law every time you encounter oxidation--rust and other forms of decay. This law prevents cobbling together a false law of Evolutionary Creation--essentially a view that asserts that Evolutionary Creation proves that life evolved into ever more complex systems. Yet, no exception to the Second Law of Thermodynamics has ever been found! 2). Evolution is Not Happening Now. True, at first blush the evolutionist's assertion that the process is happening too slow to notice seems to carry some weight. However, where is the fossil record? NOT EVEN A SINGLE FOSSIL in the geological record shows evidence of an organism in the throes of change. 3). Evolution is a RELIGION--NOT A SCIENCE. Both point one, The Increasing Law of Entropy, and point two, No Evidence in the Fossil Record to support evolution, speak of the immense need for the evolutionist to gather their unsupported views; those views being against all scientific evidence, and against the Law of Logic; and hammer it all together into a FAITH! Evolution is a FAITH-BASED RELIGION; a religion that has eviscerated not only a Supreme Being--but the Supreme Law Giver. This faith-based Evolutionist religion is without a maker, without a lawgiver, and without a redeemer, without any logical direction at all--making its supporters history's least savvy gamblers! All of life is a gamble when you examine the Law of Certainty. No sane worker of the odds would ever adopt such a tenuous belief. Once you understand this, you know that God would have revealed Himself. Indeed, he did. And that revelation is in the pages of His Perfect Book! The Holy Bible!

YES! the fact that EVERYTHING the Bible has said would come to pass, has, and is coming to pass just as it is written, is the most solid evidence of the fact that the Bible is the word of almighty GOD. There has NEVER been a man, or group of men, that have the knowledge, foreknowledge and wisdom written in the Bible.

There is no doubt that God spoke to mankind via oral and written routes. The Bible in its entirety is the inspired Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct. The "Tanach" (written Old Testament) has been handed down from generation to generation and was meticulously copied from the original by "scribes". The quote from Paul in 2 Timothy 3:15-17 was before the New Testament was compiled and canonized; we do not have the original letters and writings of the apostles. Biblical scholars take this lack of originals of the New Testament as a deficiency and opens up the question of credibility. That being said, the writings and translations of the New Testament can be tested as to veracity by looking at them under the prism of the Old Testament. There is symmetry and synchrony in the messages. What may appear to be contradictory in any of the writings appear to be a difference in interpretation and/or translations. This is why, while the current Bible that we have is reliable and credible, everyone should be careful in interpreting the written words. The Bible has to "interpret itself", as the saying goes.

My first pastor, Dr. James A. Borror [Jim] takes the acrostic, "Truth," like this: T = the Teachings of Jesus. Jesus taught that the Bible is the Word of God (Mt. 5:17-18; John 10:34-35) R = the Reliability of the Scriptures U = the Unity of the books of the Bible T = the Testimony of the Scriptures, themselves, and its writers (2 Timothy 3:16-17) H = the Help that it gives and the Hope Borror cites the story of Charles Darwin, once being shipwrecked, had to land on an island with natives (cannibals) and hoping the missionaries had beaten him to it.

According to God's biography, His word, the Bible, all scripture is God breathed, written via the Apostles through the Holy Spirit. God's warning is that whoever adds to this book, God shall add to him the plagues in this book. Whoever takes away from this book, God will take away his part of the book of life. Revelation 22:18-19. Jesus was born to testify about his Father and his Kingdom. Jesus was the "word "made flesh.

Is the Bible truly God's Word? Without a doubt, the answer is YES: The Bible itself claims inspiration, with verses like 2 Timothy 3:16 describing Scripture as "God-breathed," "Every Scripture inspired of God is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness. " The reason, "17 That the man of God may be complete, furnished completely unto every good work." Fulfilled Prophecy: The Bible contains numerous specific prophecies regarding nations and the life of Jesus that supporters claim were accurately fulfilled. God is the Author of the Bible. He put his thoughts into the minds of the Bible writers. Through this unique book, God has revealed his will for us. He has also revealed facets of his personality, including his love, justice, and mercy.—Exodus 34:6; Deuteronomy 32:4. The writers did not record their own thoughts. Instead, they "For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but men spake from God, being moved by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:21 inspired by God: This expression translates the compound Greek Word the·oʹpneu·stos. It is composed of the words the·osʹ (God) and pneʹo (breathe; blow), thus literally meaning "God-breathed" or "breathed by God." The Greek verb pneʹo is related to the Word often rendered "spirit," pneuʹma. (See Glossary, "Spirit.”) God caused his spirit, or active force, to operate on faithful men whom he used to record his written Word. Jesus confirmed this role of the Holy Spirit when he quoted from the Psalms and said that David had written it "under inspiration [lit., "in spirit"]." (Mt 22:43, 44; Ps 110:1 Internal evidence is that which is within the Bible that testifies to its divine origin. One piece of internal evidence that the Bible is truly God's Word is its unity. Even though it is really 66 individual books, written on three continents, in three different languages, over a period of approximately 1,500 years, by more than 40 authors from many walks of life, the Bible remains one unified book from beginning to end without contradiction. This unity is unique from all other books and is evidence of the divine origin of the words that God moved men to record. Another internal evidence that indicates the Bible is truly God's Word is prophecy. The Bible contains hundreds of detailed prophecies about the future of various nations, certain cities, and all of humanity. Other prophecies concern the coming of the Messiah, the Saviour of all who would believe in Him. A third internal evidence of the Bible's divine origin is its unique authority and power. While this evidence is more subjective than the first two, it is no less a powerful testimony that the Bible is God's Word. And through archaeological evidence and extrabiblical writings, the Bible's historical accounts have proved time and again to be accurate and true. In fact, all the archaeological and manuscript evidence supporting the Bible makes it the best-documented book from the ancient world. The Bible is considered the "Word of God" because of its unique capacity to change human lives. Jesus' teachings affirm the authority and divine inspiration of the Old Testament scriptures. Unlike many ancient texts that glorify their heroes, the Bible records the profound failures, sins, and weaknesses of its most important figures, which proponents argue point to its divine truthfulness. Conclusion: The internal testimony of the Holy Spirit illuminates the believer, enabling him to know that the Scriptures are the Word of God. The biblical basis for this clarity is derived from two sources. First, the words of Scripture are self-attesting because they claim to be from God (2 Tim 3:16; 2 Pet 1:20-21). Second, the Holy Spirit's dynamic power applies the truth of Scripture, resulting in a confident assurance in the Word itself (1 Cor 2:4-16).
