Absolutely, yes we should; since our physical appearance is a part of our identity given by God (Genesis 1: 27; Deuteronomy 6: 5-9; 1 Thessalonians 5: 23). Our physical appearance does not guarantee who really we are (Genesis 27: 22-30) because our physical appearance plays a role as a body language wich also can lie as a verbal language does. How should Christians care about physical appearance is not to lie or get deceived by one's physical appearance (Proverbs 8: 13).
