My opinion is that the composition inside is what reflects on the outside. When a man is cold, he wears warm clothing. But when he is hot inside, he wears light clothing on the outside. When a man is mad inside, he could remove all the clothing outside and goes naked. When a man is sane physically and spiritually, it can be easily noticed by the physical appearance.
Christians should care sincerely about their appearance without any form of presence or cover up.
