How to pray for some one who is terminally ill?
James 5:14 - 16
ESV - 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

I would pray for comfort and peace for the person and all concerned. I would declare that it is God's choice. I would request healing. I would be thankful for God's wisdom, as He knows all. I would request His will in the circumstance. I would praise Him. Most especially I would pray in the name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus. And ask for rest.
