Is a sin still a sin if you don’t know it’s a sin? In other words, if you never learned that killing was wrong, is it still a sin to do so?

Hebrews 10:26

NKJV - ²⁶ For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins.
