I humbly submit for your consideration a few thoughts on this matter; could this verse be one of those prophetic cosmic sign posts placed by a loving Creator?
Or is it just another one of those odd pesky coincidences that appear during our fashionable cosmopolitan travel time? (Isaiah 46:8)

In ancient days the shield was in the left hand protecting the man to your left and your sword in the right, also all vows were taken with the right.
About a third of Scripture fore tells of things that will come into being at it's set time, as the Creator is outside of the time that He controls. (Isaiah 46:10)

Bottom Line; Liberalism vs Leftism
Liberalism:
Most of all the movies made during the thirties and forties were made by Hollywood liberals; these were marked by their thankfulness toward God and the freedoms that this country had provided. They understood that while not perfect, it was still the greatest hope for mankind, as many had fled the persecutions within their own lands and were grateful.

Leftism:
Ungrateful chaotic totalitarian ideologically whose only goal is power. No regard for the destructive costs to societies in general nor the people they champion. (Jude 1:11)
Today we are witnessing the fruit of what C.S. Lewis warned about when he penned the phase "MEN WITH SMALL CHESTS" in The Abolition of Man as some among us perpetually and foolishly struggle to separate every thing created from it's Creator.
This group corruption of God's system began with the tower of babel in the plain of Shinar as king Nimrod [will rebel] caused God to act (Genesis 11:6).
Another current leftist pearl of wisdom; There are thirty one genders.

Consider: Another Odd Coincidence
For the generations to come every male among you who is eight days old must be circumcised, including those born in your household or bought with money from a foreigner-those who are not your offspring. (Genesis 21:19)
It was not until the time of the thirties that medical science discovered [this concealed truth] on the eight day a new born has the highest count of vitamin K and another compound that aids in the clotting of blood and after this day the count decreases rapidly.

Right and left are used in this saying of Solomon's in the same sense in which Jesus used them in His description of the separation of the sheep and the goats at the time of His judgment of the nations at the close of the age (Matthew 25:31-46).

Right has been positively regarded since ancient times as the position or direction associated with blessing, favor, or reward (as when Christians speak of the glorified Christ being seated at the right hand of God the Father), while left has been negatively associated with disfavor or condemnation, stemming from such considerations as the majority of people being right-handed.

(This is not related to the modern usage of the terms right and left as being indicative of political conservatism or liberalism, respectively. Such labeling had its roots in France prior to the French Revolution, where conservative members of the legislative assembly sat to the right of the king, while the liberal members sat to the king's left.)

Hello, this verse is actually a coded proverb by the wise King Solomon. Thus, it requres one to think critically to decode its actual meaning. Essentially, by a wise man's heart being at his right hand [to mean the right handside of the body] the wise King Solomon means a wise man uses his mind well (which is on the right hand side). Conversely, by a fool's heart being at his left hand side, Solomon means a fool does not use his mind well (meaning he "uses" the left hand side of the head which has no thinking capacity). Note I enclosed the word "uses" in quotation marks to mean this is actually a mockery that king Solomon directs to fools as opposed to the actual using of their left side to think as this is impossible. Not using the mind well is likened to using the ordinary heart, which is on the left hand side and which has no thinking capacity. Blessings!
