I humbly submit that ALL peoples residing within a country are required to comply with the legal governing laws of the land as outlined by brother Tim Mass.

Human history tells us; When a government or society places it's thumb on the scale of justice thus choosing an unequal under the law path, it does not generally end well for the people of that society.

After eight years of lawlessness it’s become quite fashionable for some to choose what statutes or laws they will submit to or may obey in varying cyclical ideological degrees.
(Judges 17:6; 2 Corinthians 11:14)

That said first and foremost as Christians we are God's ambassadors in a foreign (Babylonian run system) in this hostile environment, our duty is to represent His kingdom boldly. For the captives within this system our ways and language are odd, translating 180 degrees opposite their view on any matter. (Ephesians 2:2)

In our Representative Constitutional Republic, America was founded and based on Biblical principles with God given inalienable rights (not subject to forfeiture).

Simply stated; there is a finely calibrated bargain at the heart of our republic:
Citizens have duty to obey the lawful and legitimate mandates of the government, including those with which they disagree.
And the government has a solemn duty to the people governed, to exercise due diligence in seeing that all it's actions are LAWFUL and LEGITIMATE.

What I advocate is standing on our cornerstone and defending these complete freedoms and liberties as granted by the Creator addressing and taking on all in the public square, with and in the love that they were purchased with, nothing more and nothing less. (1 Corinthians 16:13)

LEGAL INSURRECTION: “a rising up against established authority; rebellion or revolt” “in conformity with or permitted by law”

Christians have a duty to obey the laws of the society in which they live, even if that society is hostile to Christians (Romans 13:1; 1 Peter 2:17), unless to do so would violate a higher commandment of God, betray their faith, or not be in accordance with God's express will (Daniel 3; Acts 5:12-42). In such cases of disobedience, Christians should also be prepared to willingly undergo the penalties that society imposes for their actions, even if those penalties are unjust.
