I believe there will be new births, deaths and disease among the people of the world during the Millennium reign of Christ on earth in the same way that we experience it today. 

However those who reign with Christ shall be immune to these perils, having taken on imperishable bodies. 

Only the redeemed of Christ shall bear glorified bodies that can no longer be afflicted by death or disease. 

My view is that the Millennium reign takes place after the rapture of believers recorded in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and probably immediately after the wedding banquet of the Lamb recorded Rev. 19. 

During the millennial reign, the raptured believers shall be clothed in new bodies as described in 1 Corinthians 15. The people of the world will carry on ordinary human activities until the Millennium period expires as described in Rev. 20 and Satan, the great Serpent is judged and consigned to the lake of fire together with the beast, the false prophet and their followers. They shall be tormented forever in the unquenchable fire.

The millennium will begin with a devastating earthquake and hailstorm and Jesus will return in the clouds for His people. The dead in Christ are resurrected - this is the first resurrection (Rev 20:5, 6) and all the saints are caught up into the air to meet Jesus (Rev 1:7; 16:18-21; 1 Thess 4:16, 17).

The living wicked are slain by the very presence of Christ at the second coming and they will die as if hit by lightning. The wicked already dead when Jesus returns will remain in their graves until the end of the 1000 years (Ps 68:2; 2 Thess 1:7; Isaiah 11:4; Rev 20:5). 

During the 1000 years no one will be alive on earth: the righteous will all be in heaven - the wicked will be lying dead upon the earth (Jeremiah 4:25; 25:33) and Satan will be chained in the abyss (Rev 20:1-3). The chain is symbolic, meaning a chain of circumstances. A spirit being cannot be confined with a literal chain. Satan is "tied down" because he has no one to deceive. Remember, the wicked are all dead and the righteous are all in heaven. 

Also, Revelation 22:11, 12 makes it clear that during this 1000-year period no one can be saved, the case of every person is closed.

The righteous in heaven will participate in the judgment during the 1000 years. The cases of all who are lost, including the devil and his angels, will be reviewed. This judgment will show that God is loving and fair, and in the end, everyone will understand that people are shut out of heaven because they rejected Christ and His free gift of grace (Rev 20:4; 1 Cor 6:2). 

The Bible is clear that during the millennium will be no more suffering, sin or death.

Acts 3:21: This verse speaks of the restitution of all things. I understand this to mean creation as God intended it in regards to environment and animals. Because the sin nature prevails in humanity there will be sin. It will be addressed immediately and possibly result in death. I understand that disease will not exist at the time of the millennium and the age of 100 is considered youth.

I think the key verses are John 11:25-26: "Jesus said unto her, 'I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?'"

The resurrection mentioned in John 11:25-26 refers to the bodily resurrection of the righteous, which is at the beginning of the Millennium as mentioned in Revelation 20:4-6. Whoever is a dead believer before this first mass resurrection occurs will rise from the dead. Believers who have not died by the time of this first mass resurrection, whether raptured or born during the Millennium, will never die.

Here's another way of looking at this. If believers born during the Millennium died and weren't resurrected until the end of the Millennium, then they'd be separated from Jesus up to 1000 years since Jesus will be back on Earth then. That's a major departure from Jesus telling the thief on the cross next to him that the thief would be with Jesus immediately after death. Like Paul said about believers in 2 Corinthians 5:8: "Absent from the body, present with the Lord."
