Roman Catholic Bible has 16 extra books in their Bible. All others stand on the Bible developed by others prior to the Catholic form. The 16 extra books are called THE APOCRYPHA, which you can purchase by itself. It is good to read the book called MACCABEES for an understanding of what happened to Israel before Jesus was born, some 300 years back.

The Catholic Bible only has 7 books more than the Protestant. The entire apocrypha is not in the canon of the Catholic Bible.
