Do we ever reach a point that we cannot be forgiven?

Nahum 3:19

ESV - 19 There is no easing your hurt; your wound is grievous. All who hear the news about you clap their hands over you. For upon whom has not come your unceasing evil?

There is only one thing that God cannot forgive "UNBELIEF". With this sin we tie God's hands and prevent Him from doing what He loves to do best of all--Forgive Us!

I've heard "the tree is known by it's fruit" misquoted and misapplied almost all of my life.
The tree Jesus is referring to is Himself. It's understood wrongly due to not reading the whole verse and even if the whole vs is read, it's read with a preconceived notion, out of context.

Jesus has just healed a man with a withered hand (Mt 12:22-33). He was accused of healing by the power of the devil. He says if He healed by the power of satan "by whose power does your sons heal?" Then He says if satan's kingdom is divided it will fall. Then He warns against blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Then this:

Mt 12:33 Make the tree good or make the tree bad. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, neither can a bad tree bear good fruit. A tree is known by the fruit it bears.

Then He tells the bad trees 'You brood of vipers, how can evil men like you speak good things.?'

This text is one of the most misquoted of the whole bible. Read the chapter from the beginning or from at least verse 22 and the truth is evident. If we want to continue to use it as a license to judge ourselves and others, then well...
