Does the bible allow a local church to borrow money for a building for meeting in, for the operation of a building, or for remodeling?

Moses was told by the craftsmen that they had much more than enough to build the tabernacle. Nothing was borrowed, all given by those with a willing heart. When David set aside materials for Solomon to build the temple, nothing was borrowed. 

Is it all right for a church group or for the administration of a local church building to borrow money for a meeting place?
