No, humans are complicated. Firstly our story is of healing miracles and blessings from God the father. Their story is of a guy in a cave with an angel. Muslims are a pagan society with many gods even though they believe in one god. You can't validate Mohammed because the angel he met in a cave was not witnessed or observed. Jesus was followed by many, witnessed by many, and understood by nobody. The Bible is massive compared to the Koran. I see a lot of text about angels in the Koran, which galvanizes my theory that it was a fallen angel Mohammed met.
