Should a widow remarry?
1 Timothy 5:14
NKJV - 14 Therefore I desire that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully.

Only widows and widowers are allowed to remarry according to scripture. Example is Ruth. She was a widow and God blessed her with Boaz. No other standards for remarriage is mentioned besides the death of a spouse.
