Why is it that some people receive supernatural healing and some do not? Is it because of lack of faith or sin in them?

God's timing is not always the same as ours. Sometimes sickness causes others to pray. We already have our healing, as Jesus took 39 stripes for our healing. He said, ONLY BELIEVE, It is sometimes difficult for us to believe for ourselves, or for our own healing. Some christians have the GIFT of healing.
The bible says if any among you is sick, let him call on the elders of the church, lay hands on them, and they will be healed. There are many evangelists that have the annointing for healing. The annointing breaks every yoke.

I read somewhere that only about 1 in 200 people that are prayed over for divine healing receive a yes answer to that prayer, and contrary to what most Christians believe even Jesus didn't heal everyone that He saw!

In the fifth chapter of John we read about a man who had been lame for 38 years. He was lying at the Pool of Bethesda in Jerusalem along with (verse 3) "a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame and paralyzed." No one seems to know how many people are in a "great multitude" but one scholar wrote that it could have been over 2000 people. Anyway Jesus only healed this one particular man. All of the others as far as we know were never healed. Why? Only God knows.
