As you mentIon on Colossians 3:17, we ALL should work as unto the Lord whether secular or within the church or para- church ministry. Genesis 2:15, as the first man was given the work of tending the garden, I believe that as believers we are all in full time Christian work, not just those "within" the church. So many believers in "secular" jobs will be a witness to those who may never enter a church door.
