Confidence and Compassion in Prayer
1st John 5:
16 If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that.
17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death.
Knowing the True --- Rejecting the False
18 We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.
20 And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

The Old Testament is ONLY adhered to as a guideline for the New Testament. We are in the New Testament "AGE". Jesus died on the cross for ALL sins forever and ever. WE are only judged by NOT BELIEVING in Jesus Christ and Our Heavenly GOD Father. ONLY Non-Believers will face a judgement. Those who believe in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost will be granted immunity from judgement.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. 19. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

We must remember that Satan was thrown out of heaven. He was one of the Lords angels, in fact the song leader. He wanted to be as great as God and when he couldn't give glory to God, he set himself up as God. Therefore he was removed from heaven and has become an enemy of mankind and attempts to take as many away from God as possible. The only way people can remain in the Lord's hands is to stay in an intimate relationship with the Lord! Jesus is the only way of salvation and to receive that one must be willing to turn from their sinful ways and call on the Savior to rescue he or she! We have to understand that to receive eternal salvation, we must recognize our sinful state and know we need the Savior who paid the price and rose from the dead and went to be with his father. He sent the Holy Spirit to comfort and teach us. God will receive us because of His son!

God is always fair and he knows everyone's heart better than we do. When someone does wrong to me, I pray to God and let him know how it affects me. I let him take care of it.

Jesus proclaimed that our actions are the result of what is in our hearts (Matthew 12:34).

How might this apply to..." Let no good deed go unpunished."

Of course there are different sins/actions and some worse than others. But any sinfulness results in condemnation.
