Does God forgive all of our sins? How?
God hates sin. That much we know. But doesn't God ever tire of forgiving our sins? Aren't there some sins that God won't forgive?

There is only one sin that God will not forgive: the sin against the Holy Ghost. He knows our sins from the beginning of time and if He has chosen you as His own, His death has already atoned for all the sins you have committed and will commit. This is NOT an excuse to keep sinning. Love for God and zeal for His honour should be enough to convince you of that. But no, God does not tire of forgiving our sins. He is grieved by them, but He will not stop forgiving. God is a God of love!

God will never tire of forgiving our sins if we continue to seek forgiveness of them for Jesus' sake (just as Jesus instructed us to forgive each other an unlimited number of times (the intended meaning of "seventy times seven" (Matthew 18:22)). And the only sin that He will not forgive is the failure to seek that forgiveness, which amounts to rejecting the Holy Spirit's witness through the Bible of our inability to save ourselves, and of our need to place our total faith in Christ (rather than in any work that we can perform) as the only means of receiving forgiveness of sin and eternal life in God's presence. Each of these facts should cause us to marvel at the depth of God's love for humans, as well as the unimaginable physical and spiritual punishment and suffering that Jesus was willing to bear in our place, and that enables God to forgive us when we place our faith in Christ.

God forgave (past tense) the world of all of our sins through the shed blood of Jesus Christ: Col 3:13 "Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye." 2 Cor 5:19 "To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." Rom 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Col 1:14 "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" THIS is the good news! God is "NOT imputing" our sins today! He "FORGAVE" us at the cross, where we can actually see God's love and His completed "FORGIVENESS"! The sin barrier between God and man was removed when the blood of Jesus Christ was shed at Calvary. Does this mean that all mankind has been given salvation? NO! It is the means by which all mankind has been offered the gift of salvation. You must have faith/belief to accept His free gift. Belief in what exactly? Believe that God forgave you of your sins through Jesus Christ... your savior! 1 Cor 15:1-4 "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" We are presented with "the gospel", by which we "are saved", if we will "believe" that Jesus Christ "died for our sins", "was buried", but "rose again"! Not once in Paul's thirteen epistles are we told how to get our sins forgiven. It is because Paul's gospel states that our sins ARE forgiven! What we are told is that by God's grace we have been offered God's free gift of salvation by believing that sin was forgiven through Jesus Christ. We are told that upon placing our faith in Christ and the work that He completed for us then MAKES US the righteousness of God in Him (2 Cor 5:21)! THIS is the news that makes the sinner desire living the life of the saint that God now sees him as. There is no work required before God will love us. We do not have to fear our failures, or to beg for any forgiveness. It is not about what we do for God's acceptance. It is about us accepting what God has done for us! It has ALL been taken care of by Jesus Christ on our behalf! Our position with God upon having faith in Him has moved from our sin nature of the flesh, to now being born of the Spirit where we are secured for eternity (Eph 4:30)! Eph 1:12-14 "That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."
