John the Baptist Prepares the Way

²¹ Now when all the people were baptized, and when _c Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, _d the heavens were opened, ²² and _e the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and _f a voice came from heaven, _g "You are my beloved Son; ₁ with you I am well pleased." ₂
