Judgment on False Teachers

¹⁶ These are grumblers, malcontents, _q following their own sinful desires; _r they are loud-mouthed boasters, _s showing favoritism to gain advantage.

A Call to Persevere

¹⁷ But you must _t remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. ¹⁸ They ₁ said to you, _u "In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions." ¹⁹ It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, _v devoid of the Spirit. ²⁰ But you, beloved, _w building yourselves up in your most holy faith and _x praying in the Holy Spirit,
