When a personal trial is over, will I know?

I have been in a very hard trial for a very long time. Many prayers are still unanswered, unless they are answered with a "no" and I have not realized it. Will I really know when this trial is over? Will it just "feel" over? It does not feel over but I am not sure if I am still waiting on God.
