The antiChrists have been around since the Bible times according to the scriptures.
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 1 John 2:18

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 1 John 2:22

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 1 John 4:3

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 2 John 1:7

Thank you for your sincere remarks, but please consider the following:

There are two passages in the Book of Revelation that are extremely important in understanding the book. One is found at the beginning of the letter and one at the end. John (by inspiration) didn't want there to be a misunderstanding. The things he was writing about were going to take place soon, not some 2000 years or more latter. They were also symbolized (signified), not to be taken literally (truthfully, but not literally). Who could have been more of an antichrist than the Emperor Nero (and/or other emperors)? I'm not saying it was Nero but I am saying it was not a specific individual living now or in our future.

Read the passages: The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant (John: Rev 1:1) And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. (Rev 22:6)
