I don't agree with answer 2. Grace is not only for believers, but for all human race. Grace means the love of God. The bible says, "God so loved the world... " God loves both believers and unbelievers. It is also grace that attracts people to have faith in God. The formula of salvation would be Grace + Faith =salvation
