This is a complicated question depending on where you stand in your relationship with Jesus. For me, it was my hating my life (my circumstances that were out of my control) that made me not have a will to live and to ask God to take my life. He did! I became a born-again believer. The Bible verse that came true was Jesus saying you must be willing to lose your life in order to gain eternal life. Matthew 10:39, Matthew 16:25, Mark 8:35, Luke 9:24, Luke 17:33 and John 12:25. Also Psalm 50:15 spoke to me during this time of deep depression-- Trust me in your times of trouble, and I will rescue you and you will give me glory.

After I was born again, my life immediately had a purpose. I knew that Jesus had come to earth to die for my sin, was crucified though He was completely innocent and had risen from the grave defeating death and offering a way of forgiveness to all who would believe and repent. He brought me to repentance next for my sins-- the "still, small voice in prayer" would show me different sins I had committed so I could confess and forsake them-- such as idolatry (having other people in my life ahead of God), lying, coveting, etc. As a forgiven child, I fell in love with Jesus and then wanted to know what He had planned for me to do with this new life He had given me. Ezekiel 36:25-27 25 “Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. 26 And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.[a] 27 And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.

Simply, yes, I would say that it is sin for anyone to hate their life because God created their life, but it is a forgivable sin. The Bible says that God created every person before they were even born by knowing them in the womb. Psalm 139:13. It really is a miracle that anyone is born with vision, hearing, a working heart, a brain that controls, etc. God wants us to be grateful and give Him the glory for anything good that we can think of in our lives because every single good thing on earth comes from Him.

God's grace gives every person life. This is common grace. Then there is a special grace of blessings given to those who follow Jesus and obey. For example, Ephesians 1:3 [ Spiritual Blessings ] All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. This knowledge of Christ is what causes us to "die to self" each day and be more concerned with the spreading of the Good News about Jesus saves! Than with our daily lives that might have a lot of suffering, persecution, mental anguish and disappointment. Revelation 21:7 All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.

So I don't know where you stand from your question, but it is a thought-provoking one. If you are not a believer, then hating your life and telling God that you hate it and want to give the life He created back to Him to do what He wants you to do with your life is what salvation and forgiveness of sin is all about. He purchased your life with His sinless blood on the cross. If you are already a believer who is discouraged about life, then read your Bible to be encouraged that this life is a very short one worth the fight to gain eternal life. Stay dependent on the Word of God so that He can communicate to you how much He loves you and wants to give you opportunities to serve Him as Lord and Savior. 

Finally, three practical things to do if you are dealing with depression: 1) Count your blessings, name them one by one. 2) Consider yourself (if you are a believer) as Colossians 3:1-4 and 3) Pray for others more than yourself.

This is an awkwardly worded question. If you are asking if it is sinful to hate the life that the LORD God has given you, I would say yes. If you are asking if it is a wrong to hate the sinful life that you lead before salvation, I say no. Paul wrote in Philippians that he did not look back at what he had left behind but ahead to the reward of his high calling in Christ.

Also please remember, though, what God has made clean let no one call unclean. If you are having sins that you have repented of to God brought to your rememberance, this is not of God. Hebrews teaches that God will remember our sins no more. The literal meaning is that God does not bring us to account for what has been forgiven. 

I have been taught to love the sinner but hate the sin. Apply this to your situation and see if it helps.
