The significance of the ram's blood upon the right thumb, right ear lobe and right great toe is on of consecration. As the High Priest of the Israelites Aaron was the mediator for the people between God and man. The blood signified that everywhere he went, everything he did and all that he heard were to be for the LORD's service. For Christians we can look at this consecration at a type or representation for us, of Jesus' sacrifice and our responsibilities to Him. In everything that we hear, and do and everywhere we go we are to remember that we are bought with the blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ.
