Well how can anyone "accept" Christ when it is actually God who Chooses Him first?

John 15:16
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you...

Acts 22:14
Then he said, ‘The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth.

There are those, whom God has not chosen

John 13:17-18
If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them. I am not speaking of all of you; I know whom I HAVE CHOSEN. But the Scripture will be fulfilled, ‘He who ate my bread has lifted his heel against me. ’

so yes, there will be many who will not "accept" Christ in this age. For No one can even come to Christ unless the Father draws that person (John 6:44). Left By themselves and to ourselves, Christ is rejected of men. No one seeks God. God has chosen to save few (now, to be in the first resurrection)

John 6:44
No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.

1 Peter 2:4
Coming to Him as to a living stone, REJECTED (not accepted) indeed BY MEN, but CHOSEN BY GOD and precious,

Romans 3:11
There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.

So, to your question, AFTER the Tribulation, Christ will return to gather His people first, to reign with him for a "thousand years". The rest (the unbelievers) will not come to Christ till after the thousand years are over. They will have their part in the Lake of Fire and THEN, they will acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord

Matthew 24:29-31
"Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man COMING on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECY from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

1 Corinthians 15:22-24
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. BUT EVERY MAN IN HIS OWN ORDER: Christ the first-fruits, afterward those who are Christ's at HIS COMING. Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.

Revelation 20:5-6
But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

But the dead unbelievers will be made alive in Christ, and they will acknowledge Him as Lord before His throne in Judgment.

Romans 14:11
for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee SHALL bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”
