Will I still be a Christian if I don't believe in, or fully understand, the Doctrine of the Trinity?

Well the bible says The Lord our God is one Lord, one God manifest in The Father The Son And The Holy Spirit. Now acts 2:38 tells you to be baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins and you will receive the gift of The Holy Ghost. As you read the book of acts and the rest of your bible you will see that you make confession with your mouth also known as speaking in tongues. Now God shed His Light on you and bring you into His grace.

What an interesting article and all the responses. I myself have had these questions. Our God is so loving and awesome to understand where ALL of His children are in their Spiritual journey, and HE smiles as we all show how little we fully understand His grace and mercy to all mankind. No matter where we are on that journey, if we have faith the size of a mustard seed, we are safe in His care until we come to full maturity in Heaven. Thank God for His plan of salvation. I'm still learning at 77 yrs of loving God.
