Quite strange, but yes, Jesus did wash Judas' feet. John 13 tells the story of this event. Verse 4 is where he washed the disciples' feet. Judas left in verse 30.

Washing of the feet is a nod to the ordination of Levitical priests. So one would realize that even if someone is ordained, he is not perfect and he can still commit sin.
