Do Mormon priest actually heal people?

Do Mormon priests actually heal people, considering that they believe that the Holy Spirit is a feeling, not God-manifestation?

As I mentioned in my comment about Mormons and the Holy Spirit, Mormons are not Christians/children of God/saved/indwelt by the Holy Spirit. They are lost, deceived and children of wrath.

No a Mormon priest cannot heal anyone. Yes, there has been healings in Mormonism just as much as any other cult. The devil can heal his own, even though his healings seem to never last.

Don't be deceived by signs and wonders, this is one of the main warnings of Christ...remember? Be warned--in the last days, the deception would be so great, that if it were possible, even the very elect (truly saved ones) would be deceived.

Mini Frederick Thomas Rom 3:4 ...let God be true...
PLACEBO OR DUMMY MEDICINE
prescription without physical effect: something prescribed for a patient that contains no medicine, but is given for the positive psychological effect it may have because the patient believes that he or she is receiving treatment.

Power of suggestion

Placebo, in medicine, an inert substance, such as sugar, that is used in place of an active drug. In testing new drugs, placebos are used to avoid bias. That is, in a blind test, patients do not know if they have been given the active drug or the placebo; in a double-blind test, doctors observing the results also do not know. Placebos may be administered to some patients who have incurable illnesses in order to induce the so-called placebo effect: an improvement, at least temporarily, of the patient's condition. In a 1955 study by the American anaesthesiologist Henry Knowles Beecher, the condition of 35 per cent of more than 1,000 patients tested was improved by administering placebos. Little is understood of how this effect works, but one theory is that the patient's faith in a cure may be related to the release of brain chemicals called endorphins, the body's natural opiates. The effect may be negative, however, if hopes have been raised too high.
Placebo responses are not associated with particular personality types or other psychological characteristics

One can conclude that if you perform without God,s instruction you move into the second affect called placebo and healing is temporary although there is another healing that is satanic
Satanic Healing Deception

Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Jesus use signs and wonders to proof his word so Satan does the same

Mat 24:24
Great signs and wonders (sēmeia megala kai terata). Two of the three words so often used in the N.T. about the works (erga) of Jesus, the other being dunameis (powers). They often occur together of the same work (Joh_4:48; Act_2:22; Act_4:30; 2Co_12:12; Heb_2:4). Teras is a wonder or prodigy, dunamis, a mighty work or power, sēmeion, a sign of God’s purpose. Miracle (miraculum) presents only the notion of wonder or portent. The same deed can be looked at from these different angles.

But the point to note here is that mere “signs and wonders” do not of themselves prove the power of God. These charlatans will be so skilful that they will, if possible (ei dunaton), lead astray the very elect. The implication is that it is not possible. People become excited and are misled and are unable to judge of results. Often it is post hoc, sed non propter hoc. Patent-medicine men make full use of the credulity of people along this line as do spiritualistic mediums. Sleight-of-hand men can deceive the unwary.
