Is a woman permitted to lead Bible study groups?
Most of 1 Corinthians 11 and other passages require women to remain silent.
1 Corinthians 14:1 - 40
ESV - 1 Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy. 2 For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.

If a woman is wise and has spent a life learning Gods word, even though males may be present in the group she may guide the others through her knowledge, as the males in the group may be new to the word of God.
